We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and client-focused Customer Care Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and takes pride in delivering flawless support with professionalism and empathy.
What You’ll Do:
Be available to assist clients and partners around the clock, ensuring seamless communication and top-tier service.
Handle emergency situations with calm, quick thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, guides, and internal teams to guarantee smooth operations.
Provide real-time updates, confirmations, and assistance to clients during their travels.
Document all client interactions accurately and efficiently.

Excellent communication skills in English

Availability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, every other week).
