A busy international air-ambulance company is recruiting FULLY BILINGUAL FLIGHT COORDINATORS to join their team in their northern Guadalajara office. Applicants MUST reply in English.
Skills Required:
1. Languages: Advanced Professional English and Spanish (read, write, speak, understand, and think proficiently in both languages). No exceptions.

a. Must have an associate's degree or higher.

9. Residency Requirement:
a. Must currently reside in the Guadalajara metropolitan area.
Job Description:
1. Coordinate & Oversee ALL aspects of flight operations.
2. IMMEDIATE response to ALL communications via email, telephone & WhatsApp.
3. Prepare flight quotes & itineraries.
4. Coordinate the activity of service providers, such as FBOs, fuel, ground ambulances, and hotels for the crew on the road, etc.
5. Coordinate interface with customs & immigration authorities, including preparation of relevant documentation.
6. Always communicate in a polite, attentive, and effective manner.
7. Work assigned shifts with flexibility to work within a 7/24/365 company atmosphere (inclusive of nights, weekends & holidays).
Experience Required:
3 years’ experience in one of the following functions is preferred (comparable experience will be considered):
a. Administrative services
b. High-stakes customer service
c. Dispatch services
d. Transportation logistics
e. Emergency medical service
